| Intermediate Level – Have you ever run out of ideas? We will teach you where and how to glean new ideas for articles. You will learn how to properly research, credit your sources, and use critical thinking vs. logical construction of arguments. We will also study topics and sub-topics, cause and effect, analogies, and how to write an effective query letter. At the end of this course, you will have a completed article in hand, ready to sell, and you will know the secrets of approaching an editor. *Students must know proper punctuation, have a good command of the English language, be able to form good sentences, and be able to accept constructive criticism. Count on 90 minutes of homework a week. |
